The method includes: (1) heating, centrifuging, freezing and thawing the 5 bovine milk in a sequential order, thereby obtaining a stock solution; (2) pretreating the stock solution by mixing with a pretreating solution, thereby obtaining a solution to be tested; and (3) detecting the solution to be tested by capillary electrophoresis, so as to determine whether at least one ofAl P-ca sein and A2 P-casein is present in the bovine milk. 0
