The pickup method may comprise: providing logistics information and a corresponding pickup point identifier and pickup status information, wherein the logistics information comprises a user identity identifier (101, 201); receiving a query request from a first client, wherein the query request comprises the pickup point identifier and the user identity identifier (102, 202); searching for one or more pieces of logistics information associated with the user identity identifier according to the pickup point identifier (103); according to the pickup status information corresponding to the one or more pieces of found logistics information, screening out logistics information corresponding to pickup status information representing not being picked up (104); and returning the screened out logistics information to the first client (105). Pickup processing can be completed when a user approaches a pickup point without the need for the user's active operation, thereby improving the user experience and the working efficiency of personnel at a pickup point.
