PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be capable of simply and clearly charging according to an actual usage of a logistics facility with respect to the logistics facility, and charging according to not only a usage time and a number of articles to be treated, but also an influence of a weight added to the facility.;SOLUTION: The time taken to pick up articles are calculated and a charge amount according to this calculation result is set to a rent. Alternatively, a quantity of the articles handling the articles are calculated and the charge amount according to the calculated result of the quantity is set to the rent. Alternatively, a quantity of containers housing the articles are calculated and the charge amount according to the calculated result is set to the rent.
