The present invention relates to an immunopotentiating food composition comprising a complex including an amla fruit extract and a guava leaf extract and exhibits the effect of increasing outstanding macrophage activity, NK cell activity, IL-2 expression, and IL-12 expression, thus having an immunopotentiating effect and being helpful in preventing and treating a disease caused due to decrease in immunity.
