HORIZONTAL GUIDE WHEEL AND CLAMPING HOOK INTEGRATED STRUCTURE

A horizontal guide wheel and clamping hook integrated structure, comprising: a bracket (1), horizontal guide wheels (2) being mounted at two sides of the bracket, and a clamping hook (3) being provided at a position, close to the bottom, of the side surface of each horizontal guide wheel; a ground rail (4), the ground rail being I-shaped, and an upper horizontal part of the ground rail being located between the two horizontal guide wheels; a base plate (6) connected to the bottom surface of the ground rail; and two pressing plates (5) mounted on the base plate and located at two sides of the lower horizontal part of the ground rail. By designing the horizontal guide wheels and the clamping hooks to be integrated, influences, on tightness degree of a bolt, caused by factors such as temperature and service life period can be avoided, the ineffectiveness possibility of the clamping hooks is reduced, and finally the rollover probability of a stacking machine is reduced.
