The present invention pertains to an inspection method of a solar cell provided with: a photoelectric conversion unit (1) having a first conductive-type semiconductor and a second conductive-type semiconductor; a first collector electrode on the first conductive-type semiconductor; and a second collector electrode on the second conductive-type semiconductor, wherein the first collector electrode and the second collector electrode irradiate light on the photoelectric conversion unit in a state electrically connected with conductive members (21, 22, 25) interposed, and implement photoluminescence measurement. On the basis of the contrast of the obtained photoluminescent image, the disconnection defect location of the collector electrode is identified.
