A method and circuit for equalizing charging/discharging of series battery pack. The method for equalizing charging/discharging comprises: in a charging state, capacitors (C1, C2) obtain electric energy from a charging circuit, the electric energy is then switched, connected, and stored to an equalizing circuit, and finally the stored electric energy is transferred to a single battery (Bn) having the minumum voltage by means of a group of equalizing switches (ku1,ku2, …, kun, kv1, kv2, …, kvn); in a discharging state without charging, the electric energy is fed from a load end to the charging circuit by means of a diode so as to start a controller and enable an equalizing function. In a cyclic battery voltage detection mode, the capacitors and the equalizing circuit that are relatively independent from the remaining part of the circuit dynamically supply the electric energy to the single battery having the minimum voltage in the circuit without conflicting with the charging/discharging of a battery pack, and can achieve an equalizing effect.
