HYDRAULIC SUPPORT FOR SOIL-LIKE COAL WORKING FACE, AND PROTECTION METHOD FOR COAL SEAM MINING

A hydraulic support for soil-like coal working face, and a protection method for coal seam mining. The hydraulic support comprises a support base (7), a support top beam (5), a support vertical pillar (6), an advancing jack (8), a side protection plate (3) and a side protection plate jack (4), and also comprises a forepoling top beam (1) and a forepoling top beam jack (2). The forepoling top beam (1) is located in front of the support top beam (5), is controlled by the forepoling top beam jack (2) to stretch, and is inserted into a coal wall during a supporting operation. For soil-like coal, an effective working space is provided to the side protection plate (3) by using the forepoling top beam (1), complete opening of the side protection plate of the hydraulic support is facilitated, and the protection plate effect of the hydraulic support is sufficiently achieved, thereby improving the stability of a coal wall.
