A confocal harmonic superposition hundred microsecond pulse ultrasound tissue damage mode control method, comprising: 1) using a monitoring and guiding system to locate target tissue and adjusting a position of the target tissue to a focal point of a transducer; 2) performing a first stage of damage: controlling a shock wave generated by a confocal harmonic superimposition hundred microsecond pulse ultrasound to act on a cavitation nucleus of a focal area, negative sound pressure exceeding a cavitation threshold to cause an inertial cavitation so as to generate boiling bubbles, thereby achieving partial homogenization of tissue; 3) performing a second stage of damage: controlling a confocal harmonic superposition hundred microsecond pulse sequence to irradiate a target area at the same time so as to further mechanically crush and homogenize the target tissue. Said control method may reduce the peak sound pressure required for tissue damage, reduce the impact on tissue on the external periphery of a focal area, achieve efficient damage to the tissue, and ensure safety.
