Disclosed are a balanced output rail-to-rail second generation current conveyor and a fully balanced differential rail-to-rail second generation current conveyor including the same. The balanced output rail-to-rail second generation current conveyor comprises a core block and a driving block. The core block implements a rail-to-rail input/output through an upper differential input terminal and a lower differential input terminal that are commonly connected to a Y-port and an X-port, and mirrors a current applied by a bias voltage, on the basis of a voltage of the Y-port and a voltage of the X-port, so as to output a first driving voltage (P_DRV) and a second driving voltage (N_DRV). The driving block outputs a normal output current through a ZP-port and outputs a reverse output current having an opposite phase to the normal output current through a ZN-port, in response to the first driving voltage (P_DRV) and the second driving voltage (N_DRV).
