Disclosed is an intelligent reminding method, the method comprising : a first wearable device acquiring, when there is a communication connection with a second wearable device, first alarm clock information having an association relationship with the first wearable device; acquiring second alarm clock information having an association relationship with the second wearable device; and setting a reminding method of a first alarm clock according to the first alarm clock information and the second alarm clock information, and reminding a first user according to the set reminding method. Moreover, also disclosed are a first wearable device and an intelligent reminding system.
