The present invention provides an active-standby signal processing method of an LTE base station baseband processing board. There is a group of active-standby status signals between active and standby BPUs, and the signals comprise a board card in-place signal, an active-standby status signal and a heartbeat signal; when the standby BPU detects that the active BPU is not in place or is switched to the standby BPU or the heartbeat is overtime, the standby BPU immediately sets itself as the active BPU and sets the opposite terminal BPU as the standby BPU at the same time so as to accomplish the active-standby switching of the BPUs, and active-standby status synchronization and DSP beat synchronization are accomplished at the same time.
