METHOD FOR COLLECTING EVIDENCE OF NOT YIELDING TO SCHOOL BUS, APPARATUS, AND SCHOOL BUS

A method for collecting evidence of not yielding to a school bus, for use in solving the problem wherein collecting evidence of the illegal behavior of a motor vehicle not yielding to a school bus is difficult. The method for collecting evidence of not yielding to a school bus comprises: when a school bus is parked, detecting whether a motor vehicle is present in a designated yield road section of the school bus; if detected that a motor vehicle is present in the designated yield road section, capturing a photo and/or a video of a process from when the motor vehicle enters to when the same exits the designated yield road section.
