摘要

The present invention provides a graphene chip for specifically capturing circulating tumor cells in whole blood and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The manufacture of the graphene chip comprises: using a single crystal structure having a three-dimensional geometric shape obtained by recrystallization of inorganic compound powder as a template; introducing a carbon source and causing the same to undergo high temperature pyrolysis to obtain a solution of graphene particles having a three-dimensional structure; performing suction filtration or spin coating of the solution to obtain a graphene substrate having a three-dimensional geometric micro-nano structure on a surface thereof; and modifying the graphene substrate with a specific recognition antibody to obtain the graphene chip that specifically captures circulating tumor cells. The antibody-modified, three-dimensional geometric micro-nano structured graphene chip can significantly improve the efficiency of capturing circulating tumor cells.
