A tablet printing and packaging device 1 that has: first and second transport disks 3, 4 that transport tablets 10 while suction-supporting side surfaces 10c of the tablets 10; an inkjet head 5 that prints on front and rear surfaces 10a, 10 of the tablets 10; and a packaging unit 7 at which a PTP sheet 8 is arranged. As the first transport disk 1 suctions the side surfaces 10c and transports the tablets 10, the inkjet head 5 prints on the front and rear surfaces 10a, 10b. At the packaging unit 7, the printed tablets 10 are distributed, one by one, directly from the second transport disk 4 into pockets 9 in the PTP sheet 8.
