The present invention provides a marine engine system model 1C that simulates a marine engine system, the marine engine system 1C constituting the same piping system as the piping system in an actual machine by using the same equipment as the equipment in an actual machine, using an actual smaller-sized machine of the same type as the actual machine, or using an equipment model that allows for the same operation as that of the actual machine, as model equipment corresponding to the equipment used for the operation of an actual machine. The monitoring and operating method for devices and equipment during the training for a marine engine system simulates actual ships, thereby improving the quality of training.
