A method and device for physical deacidification and deodorization of a high acid-value, thermally unstable oil, which separates the processes of deacidification and deodorization of the oil. The deacidification uses a higher temperature and a shorter time, while the deodorization uses a lower temperature and a longer time, and the method performs the same in an alternating manner using internal circulation, until the acid value of the oil reaches a standard. A feed pipe of a deacidification tower (3) is equipped with a heater (1) connected to the cold oil outlet of the heat exchanger (2). The discharge pipe of the deacidification tower (3) connects to the hot oil inlet of the heat exchanger (2) through a circulation valve (6). The feed pipe of the deodorization tank (10) is equipped with a radiator (12) connected to the hot oil outlet of the heat exchanger (2). The discharge pipe of the deodorization tank (10) connects to the cold oil inlet of the heat exchanger (2). The method and device have good refining effect, low energy consumption and production cost, can enable production in small batches, and are suitable for physical refining of high acid-value, thermally unstable niche oils.
