The present invention relates to a crystal form of an ACP-196 (acalabrutinib) salt. Compared to a known solid form of ACP-196, the crystal form of the salt of the present invention has advantages in crystallinity, solubility, hygroscopy, etc. The present invention also relates to a preparation method of the crystal form of the ACP-196 salt, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and a use of the same in a method for treating and/or preventing a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK)-mediated disorder, such as an autoimmune disease or disorder, a heteroimmune disease or disorder, a cancer, including lymphoma, and an inflammatory disease or disorder.
