The present invention relates to a P2P based energy trading intermediary system and method, and the system comprises: a profile management unit which receives input of profile information of a prosumer and a market operator and manages the profile information in a data block form; a market search and participation unit which searches for a prosumer energy trading market in which the prosumer should participate, compares the retrieved market with the prosumer information and verifies the retrieved market, and manages participant information in a verified market in a data block form; a transaction management unit which manages an energy trading contract generated on the basis of sales product information and purchased product information and performs settlement of an energy trading contract on the basis of the power metering data; and a verification unit which verifies the suitability of changed items, when the changed items occur in the data block chain.
