Provided are a spray structure for a garment refresher and a garment refresher. The spray structure for a garment refresher comprises a spray assembly (100) and a supporting assembly (200). The spray assembly (100) is movably provided at the supporting assembly (200). The supporting assembly (200) is provided with a first liquid line (210). The spray assembly (100) is provided with a second liquid line (110). The first liquid line (210) and the second liquid line (110) are partially overlapped with each other in a direction in which the spray assembly (100) moves with respect to the supporting assembly (200), thereby forming an overlapped region. A through hole (220) is arranged in the overlapped region to communicate the first liquid line (210) with the second liquid line (110). The above arrangement enables a spray liquid to be continuously supplied from the first liquid line (210) to the second liquid line (110), such that the spray assembly (100) can perform a spraying operation. The spray assembly (100) is movable in a spraying process, such that an omni-directional spraying operation can be performed to refresh garment.
