A naked-eye stereoscopic display grating (10) and a manufacturing method, and a display device (20). The method comprises: preparing a transparent substrate (11); depositing a metal oxide layer (12) on the transparent substrate (11); depositing a metal grating layer (13) on the metal oxide layer (12), the reflectivity of the metal oxide layer (12) being smaller than that of the metal grating layer (13); etching the metal oxide layer (12) and the metal grating layer (13) by means of photolithography to expose a part of the transparent substrate (1) so as to form light-transmissive areas (A) and light reflecting areas (B) that are alternatingly arranged. In virtue of the approach above, the light utilization rate can be improved, and problems such as color crosstalk and contrast reduction caused by ambient light and panel light can be reduced.
