The present application discloses a service personnel distribution method, device, equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of: when a blacklist data obtaining instruction is detected, obtaining service data of service personnel according to the obtaining instruction; if the service data meets a preset blacklist rule, marking an identification code corresponding to the service data meeting the blacklist rule as a blacklist identification code, wherein each service personnel corresponds to an identification code; and releasing the association relationship between the blacklist identification code and a client address code, and redistributing the identification code of the service personnel for the client address code. The application implements, by obtaining service personnel service data fed back by the client, releasing the relationship between the service personnel identification code and the client address code when the service data satisfies the blacklist rule, and thus the service personnel are no longer allowed to serve the client, so as to detect the service quality of the service personnel in the process of client serving and improve client satisfaction.
