miRNA Composition for diagnosing of brain cancer based on cancer stem cell characteristics comprising miRNA

Provided is a composition for diagnosing brain cancer showing cancer stem cell-like properties, containing at least one miRNA selected from the group consisting of MIR181B1, MIR548I2, MIR4451, MIR4653, and MIR891A as an active ingredient. Moreover, provided is a diagnostic marker. In addition, provided is a method for diagnosing and predicting brain cancer showing cancer stem cell-like properties, comprising the following steps: measuring expression rate of at least one miRNA selected from the group consisting of MIR181B1, MIR548I2, MIR4451, MIR4653, and MIR891A from a biological sample isolated from a suspected brain cancer patient; and comparing expression rate of miRNA with that of miRNA in a sample of a control group.
