The present invention relates to an over-temperature alarm of a cooking vessel, wherein the over-temperature alarm comprises: a first main body; a friction panel; a temperature sensor; a first liquid crystal; a second liquid crystal; one or more first operation buttons; a first alarm speaker; and an on-off button. The present invention is capable of preemptively preventing negligent accidents conventionally occurring by a vessel heated in a cooking process.
