The present invention relates to a drug carrier and a nanostructure using the same, wherein the drug carrier can effectively dissolve even a hydrophobic drug in a water-soluble solvent, has excellent biocompatibility, and can efficiently deliver a drug tumor-specifically by stimulation reaction. The drug carrier includes a polymer formed by coupling phenylboronic acid to a maleic acid anhydride polymer.
