The present invention relates to a method of creating a map and indoor positioning based on an intensity of the earth magnetic field capable of being used in positioning without installing an additional infrastructure by collecting an earth magnetic field value in a sample area, and is able to be applied with a fingerprint method without building a database in advance. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a step a of collecting the earth magnetic field value of the sample area; a step b of determining the earth magnetic field characteristic of the sample area; a step c of determining a sampling interval in accordance with the characteristic of the earth magnetic field; a step d of discriminating and determining a required earth magnetic field value; a step e of collecting the earth magnetic field value in accordance with the sampling interval; a step f of generating an earth magnetic field map with the collected value; and step g of displaying coordinates of the collected earth magnetic field intensity and determining a user location by applying a positioning algorithm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
