The present invention relates to a personalized diet management system which has one or more user clients, one or more trainer clients, and a server to be connected to each other in a wired or wireless manner to manage an exercise. According to the server of the present invention, when any one of one or more exercise items is selected by the user clients, and a generated item selection signal is received, one or more trainer information corresponding to the exercise item included in the received item selection signal is transmitted to the user clients. Also, when the trainer information is selected by the user clients, and the trainer selection information generated by inputting target information is received, the trainer selection information is transmitted to the trainer clients corresponding to the trainer selection information. According to the present invention, when a user selects a desired exercise item, one or more trainer information is displayed on the user clients. In addition, when the user selects any one of the displayed trainer information, the user can have a one-to-one contact with the selected trainer to perform one-to-one training.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
