The present invention provides a composition for controlling strawberry pathogen comprising Bacillus subtilis FNR-10 strain (KCTC 12583BP) or a culture medium of the strain as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention exhibits antimicrobial activity against the strawberry pathogens and does not show any negative effects on the growth of the strawberry. The composition of the present invention is a safe substance which does not cause any toxicity or irritation in animal and fish stability tests, and can be effectively used for the purpose of increasing strawberry production because the composition effectively inhibits the growth of the strawberry pathogen.
