The present invention provides a novel Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis FNR-10 strain (KCTC 12583BP) having antimicrobial activities against mushroom pathogen. The strain of the present invention exhibits antimicrobial activities against mushroom pathogen, and does not show any negative influences. By providing the novel Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis FNR-10 strain or an antimicrobial composition for mushroom pathogen containing the culture products of the stains so as to suppress growth of the mushroom pathogen, the strain can be useful with the purpose of increasing productivity of mushroom.
