The present invention relates to a platform technique of identifying a geographical location of a smart terminal device in real time by combining a GPS signal and a beacon signal, searching a movie clip of drama contents taken at the point thereof, and providing the movie clip to an application (PPL-associated App) only for the smart terminal device through an LTE-eMBMS mobile broadcasting network, thereby associating the drama contexts with regional PPL. In addition, the present invention relates to a platform technique of receiving a body image of a user through a PPL-associated App, replacing a character originally included in a movie clip for PPL of the region by lapping by using the body image and performing encoding thereon, thereby generating and providing an on-demand PPL movie clip. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a special experience to a tourist visiting a specific region like the tourist appears as an actor and films drama contents.
