The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a water tank for camping. After a synthetic resin film paper is arranged on upper and lower parts in layers respectively, a main water receiving cap is sealed to receive and discharge water at an upper film sheet, and the four surfaces thereof are sealed again. During storage, the present invention is folded and stored, and during camping, the present invention can be directly used as a water tank on the spot. The apparatus comprises: a film sheet supplier (100) for supplying a synthetic resin film sheet (hereinafter, referred to as a film sheet) in two layers up and down respectively; a base frame (200) provided at one side of the film supplier (100), and allowing each of other devices described below to be mounted on the upper part thereof; a hole former (300) for forming a hole to seal a main water receiving cap on the upper film sheet among the film sheets supplied from the supplier; upper and lower cap sealing devices (400, 500) for sealing the main water receiving cap on the hole; a side surface sealing device (600) sealing the side surface of the upper and lower film sheets formed in two layers respectively, and sealed by the main water receiving cap; a side surface cooler (700) for cooling the film sheet of which the side surface is sealed; a side surface cutter (800) for allowing the side surfaces of the film sheet having both sides sealed to become even; an upper and lower sealing unit (900) for sealing upper and lower parts; an upper and lower cooler (1000) for cooling the film sheet of which the upper and lower parts are sealed; a cutting line forming unit (1100) for forming a cutting line in the center of the sealed upper and lower parts; a cutting unit (1200) for cutting successively produced water tanks one by one; and a conveyor (1300) for collecting a water tank which is manufactured continuously or by cutting the same one by one.
