HHI Apparatus and Method for Fraud Detecting Related to an Online Content

The present invention relates to a device and a method for exposing false evaluation information of online content by using Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI), which are related to stores, movies, etc. including specific service providers, specific services, texts, photos, books, restaurants, and cafes. The device for exposing false evaluation information comprises: a determination assistant information generating module which is formed in a platform service that is connected with a client of a user so that online content can be uploaded and the user can be connected to input evaluation information of the online content, and which generates determination assistant information corresponding to a specific online content or a specific user in order to expose false evaluation information of online content; and a false evaluation information determining module which is formed in a platform service, which receives the determination assistant information by being connected with the determination assistant information generating module, and which determines whether or not false evaluation information is inputted on the online content based on the determination assistant information or whether or not the user inputted false evaluation information. Therefore, the device and the method for exposing false evaluation information of online content by using HHI can automatically expose false evaluation information of online content on a platform service.
