The present invention relates to a compound for suppressing adipocytic differentiation while promoting osteoblast differentiation and a manufacturing method thereof. The compound is capable of increasing the expression of ALP which is a gene associated with osteoblast differentiation, controlling the expression of PPAR, aP2, and CD36 which are genes associated with adipocytic differentiation, increasing the bone density (BMD) of an osteoporotic animal model with ovariectomy, and reducing the number of adipocytes in bone marrow, thereby being used as an effective component for medicines or healthy functional food for bone metabolism diseases or obesity.
