A transaction service providing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: registering an advance reservation car according to registration information received from a seller terminal; receiving purchase request information for the advance reservation car from a purchaser terminal; processing an advance reservation transaction according to the purchase request information; calculating a depreciation rate based on the state information change of the advance reservation car, from a reservation time point of the advance reservation transaction; and providing a final purchase amount depreciated according to the application of the depreciation rate, to the purchase terminal.
