The present invention relates to a real-time land image information obtaining system using a drone. According to the present invention, the real-time land image information obtaining system is configured to: 1) divide an area by each zone captured by a drone stopping or having a surveillance flight around a predetermined location and altitude over the area to be observed; 2) have the drone stop or have a surveillance flight around a corresponding location and altitude of the divided zones; 3) have camera sensors installed in desired directions to be captured by the drone; and 4) with an image information receiving server means for receiving image camera sensor image information of the drone for capturing an image while stopping and having the surveillance flight around the corresponding location and altitude of the divided zones, 5) connect image information of the drones for capturing an image while stopping and having the surveillance flight around the predetermined location and altitude over an area to be observed so as to be converted into image information on a corresponding area (or, land). In other words, real-time image information big data on the whole country land (or, territorial waters are included) that permanency and real time characteristics, which are disadvantages of a low orbit satellite observation, is compensated, and a blind spot, which is a disadvantage of monitoring by a closed circuit television (CCTV), is resolved, is constructed.
