The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an antibacterial dyeing cloth and a dyeing cloth manufactured thereby. In particular, the present invention relates to a method and a dyeing cloth which remove staphylococcus aureus or super bacteria to inhibit infection. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an antibacterial dyeing cloth for inhibiting super bacteria comprising: a step of extracting leaves of a cypress tree to acquire dyeing materials; a step of manufacturing a salt bath by mixing the dyeing materials and water; a step of dyeing a cotton cloth by the salt bath to make a primary dyeing cloth; a primary cleaning and drying step which cleans and dries the primary dyeing cloth to remove a dye material which is not dyed; a mordant step which mordant-dyes the primary dyeing cloth passed through the primary cleaning and drying step with a copper sulfate mordant agent; and a secondary cleaning and drying step which cleans and dries the primary dyeing cloth passed through the mordant step.
