FABRICS COATED BY CHAMAECYPARIS OBTUSA EXTRACT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fabric on which timber extract is coated and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase deodorization and anti-bacterial effects by using all of hinoki cypress leaves, cypress roots, cypress berries and the like. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fabric on which timber extract is coated comprises the following steps: (S1) manufacturing timber extract by extracting raw materials which include timber selected from a group consisting of hinoki cypress, bamboo, pine, juniperus chinensis, paulownia coreana, and needle fir by using an extract solvent and filtering the same; (S2) manufacturing a fabric coating solution by mixing the timber extract with binder; (S3) spraying or coating one side of the fabric with fabric coating solution; and (S4) forming a coated layer by heat treating the fabric.
