The present invention relates to a binding band for a fruit bag which is easy to tie or untie and a fruit bag binding device using the same. The fruit bag is made of paper or vinyl to protect young fruits. The binding band includes a band body and a fastening tool. The band body includes: a pair of coupling units which is assembled to fasten the inlet of the fruit bag, is made of a flexible synthetic resin having a predetermined length, and has multiple engaging steps protruding in the shape of V in the opposite direction of the fastening direction from the outer surface with reference to the center of the entire length; and a pulling unit extended from both sides of the coupling units while having the same width therewith. Engaging units are formed on individual ends of the pulling unit. The fastening tool has fastening holes fitted to the pulling unit, is assembled not to be released from the pulling unit by the engaging unit, and is caught by the engaging steps when the band body is fastened to maintain the fastened state. Accordingly, the pulling unit of the band body is fitted to the fitting grooves of the fruit bag binding device to make the fastening tool and engaging unit of the band body be individually caught by support protrusions, thereby enabling a user to quickly and conveniently wrap the fruit bag in order to enhance work efficiency thereof.
