Provided is a method for manufacturing carbon nanofiber nonwoven fabric, which can manufacture the carbon nanofiber nonwoven fabric from which an electrical double layer capacitor having a capacity larger than the conventional art can be manufactured. The method comprises: an immiscible polymer solution producing step of producing an immiscible polymer solution under a condition that a phase including PAN becomes a discontinuous phase and a phase including PMMA becomes a continuous phase; a complex nanofiber nonwoven fabric producing step of complex nanofiber nonwoven fabric composed of a complex nanofiber assembly made by extending and arranging a plurality of nanofiber cores, formed of the PAN within a nanofiber shell composed of the PMMA, in the longitudinal direction of the nanofiber shell by using the immiscible polymer solution based on an electro-spinning method; and a carbon nanofiber nonwoven fabric producing step of performing heat treatment for carbonizing the PAN to thermally dissolve the PMMA and at the same time to carbonize the PAN.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
