Emergency Dispatch System and Method based on Korean Speech Recognition Technology

The present invention relates to an emergency situation control system for guiding severity classification, a multi-mobilization command, and a first aid advice and action by extracting important information in a step in which a receipt agent of an all-source situation room receives a voice recognition-based report by using a Korean voice recognition technology. The emergency situation control system includes: a voice recognition-based report receipt solution; a multi-criteria severity classification solution classifying severity of a patient based on the information received from the report receipt solution and displaying the classified severity on a display; a multi-mobilization system command solution directing emergency mobilization based on the information received from the report receipt solution and displaying a necessary first aid on the display to provide the necessary first aid to a paramedic; and a first aid advice solution displaying the first aid on the display to guide the first aid before the paramedic arrives, based on the information received from the report receipt solution.
