The present invention relates to an operation method of a take-out robot using a black box, wherein when operating a take-out robot taking out, transporting, and loading an injection-molded plastic object, in addition to information with respect to operation and control of a user, an alarm generated when operating the take-out robot, and information with respect to an error history, contents of a history that is automatically deleted in central processing unit (CPU) and a history caused by a CPU defect of the take-out robot are stored, tracked, and managed.
