The present invention relates to a composite electrolyte for a lithium metal battery which contains a network web formed by a polymer and a fiber including inorganic particles, wherein the content of the inorganic particles is in the range of 5 wt% or less, based on the total weight of the composite electrolyte; a manufacturing method of the composite electrolyte; and a lithium metal battery including the same.
