The present invention relates to a method and a device to estimate the degree of obesity risk based on gene and environmental data, capable of increasing an effect of customized diagnosis. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: selecting an obesity-related gene marker; generating gene data of a person; comparing a risk allele of the obesity-related gene marker with the gene data of the person to calculate the degree of genetic obesity risk of the person; calculating a degree of environmental obesity risk of the person based on correlation and influence with respect to obesity for each environmental factor; and combining the degree of genetic obesity risk and the degree of environmental obesity risk to calculate the final degree of obesity risk.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
