Provided are a high-reliability electrochromic device having excellent characteristics using a high-quality graphene and a transparent conductive layer to both electrodes thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing an electrochromic device comprises: a first graphene growing step of growing a first graphene layer on a first growth substrate; a step of forming a first atomic layer by performing an atomic layer deposition process on the first graphene layer; a first transparent conductive layer forming step of forming a first transparent conductive layer on the first atomic layer; a step of forming a first electrochromic unit for forming at least one of an ion storage layer and an electrochromic layer on the first transparent conductive layer; a second graphene layer growing step of growing a second graphene layer on a second growth substrate; a step of forming a second atomic layer by performing the atomic layer deposition process on the second graphene layer; a second transparent conductive layer forming step of forming a second transparent conductive layer on the second atomic layer; a step of forming a second electrochromic unit by forming a layer other than a layer included in the first electrochromic unit among the ion storage layer and the electrochromic layer on the second transparent conductive layer; a step of removing the first and the second growth substrates; a step of attaching a flexible substrate to a surface from which a growth substrate is removed; and a step of applying an electrolyte layer between the first and second electrochromic units, and laminating the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
