摘要
The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for determining neurotoxicity of nanoparticles. Nanoparticles like MNPs@SiO_2(RITC) increase polyamine metabolites in cells, for example, putrescine, while decreasing spermidine and spermine; and increase the formation of inclusion bodies by increasing the expressions of genes related to metabolism of polyamines, ODC1, SAT1, PAOX and SRM1, and thus may cause nerve failure. In the above context, the present invention provides a biomarker for nano-neurotoxicity which uses polyamine metabolites and genes related to polyamine metabolites as a marker for determining nano-neurotoxicity through the formation of cytoplasmic aggregates caused by nanoparticles.
