The present invention relates to a primer set and a primer composition for isothermal amplification reaction capable of detecting various kinds of pathogens causing sexually transmitted infection (STI), and a method of quickly and visually diagnosing sexually transmitted infection by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a primer and a composition including the same for isothermal amplification reaction for detecting eight kinds of pathogens causing sexually transmitted infection, and a method of visually determining eight kinds of sexually transmitted infection cases within an hour by using the same. According to the present invention, sexually transmitted infection is quickly determined and diagnosed visually, and thus, the present invention is capable of contributing to the prevention and early diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases and maximizing the treatment effect and management.
