The present invention relates to a primer set and a primer composition for isothermal amplification reaction to detect pathogens causing sexually transmitted infection (STI), and a method for visually and rapidly diagnosing sexually transmitted infection using the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to primer for isothermal amplification reaction to detect eight kinds of pathogens of sexually transmitted infections, a composition including the same, and a method for visually determining the eight kinds of the sexually transmitted infections within an hour using the same. According to the present invention, the primer set and primer composition can contribute to prevention and diagnosis at an early stage of a sexually transmitted disease by rapidly and visually determining and diagnosing the sexually transmitted infection in a field and can maximize treatment effect and management.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
