An object of the present invention is to provide a small caliber pile composite concrete column and a construction method of a small caliber pile composite concrete column, which is able to reduce a construction period and construction costs since a base construction can be simply performed by performing continuous construction joint of small caliber piles without performing excavation when building a pier or the like using a small caliber pile. In addition, safeness is improved and tensile force and compression force are increased so that structural stiffness can be strengthened.
