The present invention relates to a pre-stressed concrete-steel composite pile, comprising: a pile (100) formed with hollow concrete; a steel pipe (200) coupled to a hollow surface of an inner side of the pile (100); a plurality of pre-stressed materials (300) coupled to an inner portion of the pile (100) along a longitudinal direction of the pile (100) to be stressed in the longitudinal direction of the pile (100); and a steel bar (400) coupled to the inner portion of the pile. The pre-stressed concrete-steel composite pile is improved with compression strength, shearing strength, and bending strength as the steel pipe (200) is coupled to the inner portion of the pile formed with the hollow concrete. Accordingly, the pre-stressed concrete-steel composite pile formed with the hollow concrete is able to have the pre-stressed material having more stress force when compared to a pre-stressed concrete pile based on an identical cross section. In addition, the pre-stressed concrete-steel composite pile formed with the hollow concrete is able to support the load by a cross sectional area smaller than that of the pre-stressed concrete pile when supporting an identical load.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
