The present invention relates to a tap processing defect inspection module applying to a machining center (MCT) comprising: a chuck mounted on a tool holder in the MCT having an insertion groove therein; a tool body main body fixated to a lower part of the chuck wherein a penetration hole is formed to communicate with the insertion groove, and where an installation groove is formed in a longitudinal direction of the penetration hole in a center of the inner side surface of the penetration hole; a tap processing inspection member inserted into the penetration hole, where an elevation projection is formed in a center thereof in order to be inserted into the installation groove, and where a tap processing inspection tool is formed on a lower part thereof; an elastic member inserted between the insertion groove and the top surface of the tap processing inspection member in order to elevate the tap processing inspection member by an elastic force; a plurality of position detecting sensors installed in an interval from each other in a vertical direction on a side surface of the installation groove in order to detect a position of the elevation projection in accordance with the elevation of the tap processing inspection member; and a communication module which transmits a detection signal for the position of the elevation projection from the position detecting sensors to the outside. As such, the tap processing defect inspection module applying to the MCT and a tap processing defect diagnosis system device using the same is able to immediately inspect defects by replacing a tool upon completion of tap processing because the tap processing defect inspection module using the MCT is formed in the MCT processing tool shape, and is able to diagnose defects in real time by transmitting inspection results to a defect diagnosis module wirelessly; thereby preventing a large quantity of many defects likely to occur during tap processing.
